Mocha Java Blend

In the past we had a true Mocha Java Blend coffee we sold, it was a blend of equal parts of coffee beans from Yemen and the island of Java. Right now we just can not get those coffees, so I am now listing the most common Mocha Java Bend most people know here in the US.

This Mocha Java Blend is equal parts of Sumatra Mandheling and Ethiopia Sidamo. It is as close as I can get with the coffees I have in stock and it is a good solid blend that has plenty of fruit and chocolate with a little of the citric tang that brightens up the cup.

Coffee Is Now Pete’s 2nd Job

I just want to explain that I am still running this web site and roasting coffee.  However I needed to go back to my former employer as a Union Commercial Carpenter.  The benefits and pay that go with this job are far better than anything I can get here in the Spring Valley area.  The 1 to 1.5 hour commute each way make the total time close to 12 hours of each day I am working dedicated to carpenter work.

That is the reason the blog and web site may seem to be at an idle right now, I hope to teach Barb how to do some of this web site stuff and then she can maybe take over as a major part of maintaining and promoting this new site!

Thanks for your business!
